About the job

We are hiring a SIP/Voip C++ Engineer for our partner company, with the dev lead in Philippines.

This is a remote opportunity based out of Pakistan

Minimum 3 years experience.

Responsibilities

A. Candidate will be responsible for giving support the required technical analysis of SIP issues.

• Working knowledge of SIP protocol
• Working knowledge of RTP and various voice codecs
• Must know how to use troubleshooting tools such as Wireshark and SNGREP
• Must have experience in maintaining any one of the following ( OpenSIPS, Kamailio, FreeSWITCH or Asterisk )

B. Candidate will be required to provide initial solution to issues

• Must have a working knowledge of the Linux operating system
• Must know how to troubleshoot resource related issues (CPU/Mem/IO/Network)

C. Candidate will be responsible for automating A and B

• Must have experience with using Linux shell scripting language such as Bash and Python
