MAINTENANCE

• Provide assistance to other vendors during maintenance work.
• Timely indenting of consumables required for maintenance activities.
• Maintenance of daily log book- Monitoring critical conditions of utilities-HVAC, Chiller, AHU’s.
• Ensure availability by inventory management of all tools/ spares for operation and maintenance work
• To ensure plant startup time as per agreed norm by conforming to utilities startup for maintaining temp,

RH of air, water etc.

• Plan and execute Preventive and Predictive maintenance on a weekly/half monthly basis.
• Adherence to filter cleaning frequency
• Troubleshooting/Modifications of HVAC systems and equipments as per vendor’s suggestions.

PRODUCTION

• Line clearance for Machine, man before start of production for each product.
• GHP/GMP Scoring of manpower for hygiene, quality.
• Master Central report documentation at the end of shift inclusive of yield, wastage, production, dispatch,

stock data (shelf life, quality clearance ) and daily updation of the same.

• Ensure concerned FG’s and RM’s are sent to CQAL on pre agreed period and maintain a Peenya status

report.

• Highlighting critical RM/PM stock, shelf life
• Ensuring periodic monitoring of pre-set values for the plant- Temp, RH, Deep freezers along with startup

activities.

• Conducting PQI at the end of the daily production along with ME.
• Safety, Quality and Hygiene audits to be conducted as per defined frequency norms.
• FMEA for process flows and new product lines.
• Timely implementation of productivity/wastage improvement activities
